Due to travel restrictions, airline carriers may cancel flights last minute. We have systems in place to notify you of last-minute changes, however the communication from the airlines may be delayed. We recommend that you keep in touch with your personal travel advisor and receive updates regarding your trip or check on the airline website using your booking reference. Covid-19 has brought up the need for airlines and airports to establish new protective measures. Ask your travel consultant for details regarding the airlines in your itinerary, however the most common rules involve:
Keep in touch with your personal travel advisor and receive updates regarding your trip or check on the airline website using your booking reference.
A negative Covid-19 test may be required ( taken 72-24 hours before departure). Check with your travel advisor the acceptable types of tests.
Face masks must be worn both in the airport and on-board the airplane. We recommend taking multiple face masks for long haul flights and consider using personal protective equipment.
If possible, check your temperature before traveling. It will be measured at the airport by airport staff, and if you display any symptoms of having Covid-19, you might be denied boarding.
